How many receipts can I scan per day?

You can scan up to 100 receipts per day. The limit resets at midnight UTC. This is more than enough for even the busiest contractors.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! You can scan receipts without an internet connection. They're saved locally and automatically processed when you're back online.

Is this a subscription?

No. FieldReceipt is a one-time purchase. Pay once, own it forever. No monthly fees, no annual renewals.

Where is my data stored?

All your receipts are stored locally on your device. We don't upload your data to any cloud servers. Your data stays yours.

How do I export my receipts?

Go to the Recent Scans tab and tap the share icon in the top right. You can export all receipts as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets or accounting software.

What if the AI extracts incorrect information?

After each scan, you can review and edit all extracted fields before saving. You can also edit any saved receipt later from the detail view.

Why does the app need camera access?

The camera is used to capture receipt images for scanning. We use Apple's Vision framework for text recognition, which processes images entirely on your device.
