Memory Games collects no personal information whatsoever. There are no accounts to create, no sign-ins, and no forms asking for your name, email, or any identifying details.

The app does not track your location, access your contacts, camera, microphone, or any other device capability beyond what is needed to run the game itself.

Memory Games does not make any network requests. The app functions entirely offline. All questions, game logic, and score tracking run locally on your device with no connection to external servers.

Any game state or preferences the app stores (such as your last selected category) are saved locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

We do not use iCloud sync, cloud backups specific to our app, or any third-party storage providers.

Memory Games does not use any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks. We do not use:

Apple may collect anonymized, aggregated App Store metrics (such as download counts and crash logs) through their standard developer program. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not accessible to us in any individually identifiable form.

Memory Games is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data from any user, there is no special risk to children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13, and our app is designed so that no such collection is technically possible.

If we ever update this privacy policy — for example, if a future version of the app adds new features — we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the App Store release notes.

We are committed to never adding data collection without being transparent about it first.
